The Color Factor provides “Pre sorted Mail” (formerly known as bulk mail) services. We can order a mailing list for you or you can provide your own. The United States Postal Service has many rules and regulations for the various types of mailings. We have tried to make sense of some of it for you.
Presort standard – addresses are certified as being correct, zip+4 is added, the name and address is sorted to ‘carrier route' if possible and the name and address is imprinted directly on the mailing piece, along with the address bar code. The post office provides for a much lower postal rate for this type of mailing.
Saturation mailing – For pieces printed with ‘postal customer' or a similar greeting, the least expensive postage is allowed and your mail can go to almost all addresses in the tri-city area, with the exception of Prescott City, where an address is required. We will sort, count and deliver your saturation mailing to the Prescott post office.
